Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in Python, with hands-on knowledge of data analytics libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn).
Strong ML and data science skills, including expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), experience with generative ML models, and hands-on knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Proven experience with web-scraping tools and techniques (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Selenium).
Solid understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and file handling (JSON, CSV/XML).
Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI for building and deploying web applications.
Familiarity with Linux-based environments, Docker, and version control systems.
Ability to work with SQL (MySQL preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) databases, optimizing and maintaining data access layers.
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus.
Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack, including prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, agentic AI, and multi-agent workflows.
Knowledge of embedding models, semantic search, prompt optimization, and AI evaluation techniques.
Knowledge of CUDA, GPU optimization, and distributed inference.
Understanding of model deployment and MLOps practices, including model versioning, experiment tracking (MLflow, Weights & Biases), and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
Experience designing and developing AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications using large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Claude).

Responsibilities

Participate actively in requirements analysis, software design, and architectural discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce scalable, efficient software solutions.
Develop, test, and maintain back-end components to enhance system performance and responsiveness.
Design, train, and fine-tune ML/DL and generative models for real-world business use cases.
Write clean, effective, and reusable code that supports scalability and easy maintenance.
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic to ensure cohesive functionality.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to resolve technical challenges.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, open-source models, and frameworks to improve existing products.
Implement security measures and data protection practices.
Prioritize feature requests and coordinate with teams to provide technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Document system configurations, customizations, and resolutions to provide comprehensive technical guidance.
Stay current with emerging trends in Python development and hosting-related practices.
