Matt developed over a dozen major new information products for WealthEngine, Stratfor, OneSource, and Hoover's during his publishing career. Since 2007, Matt has managed the growth of IE from concept to a company with 800 employees in four global delivery centers. He served on the University of Texas School of Information Board of Advisors and has spoken at conferences held by SIIA, SIPA, EADP, and AAAI. Matt is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Asian Studies.

Yasmin has been with Information Evolution since its inception. She helped establish and currently manages Information Evolution's Indian subsidiary. Her areas of expertise include research operations, process engineering and re-engineering, and database creation and management. Yasmin holds an MBA from Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, India.

Rajiv has worked in the ITES industry for 20+ years and is an expert in Microsoft technologies, BPO process management, and software development methodologies. After working at Tata Consultancy Services, he went on to head software development for medium-sized firms in India, most recently Naethra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Rajiv attended Madras Christian College in Chennai and holds a diploma in Advanced Software Technology.

Shyamali has held senior editorial and production management positions at several publishing and publishing-services companies, including Alexander Communications, Landes Bioscience, Publishers Resource Group, Holt Rinehart, and Harcourt Brace. She has managed projects for Springer Verlag, APA, and dozens of other publishing firms. Shyamali attended New York University's Gallatin School and the Parsons School of Design, and is a native of New York City.

Arfath started his career at Information Evolution in 2008 as a team lead on telephone verification projects. He became Human Resources Director for IE's Indian Operations in 2010 and now serves as Chief People Officer. Arfath received a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Bharathiar University in 2008 and an MBA in Human Resources, also from Bharathiar, in 2010.

Deborah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 30 years of experience providing accounting, financial planning, and technical services to businesses ranging from restaurants to high-tech firms. She was controller at Hoover's, Inc. for several years and has held auditor and analyst positions at Price Waterhouse and other banking corporations. Deborah is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in business administration and accounting.

Rodolfo Rojas serves as General Manager for Central America, overseeing IE's operations across the region.

Rosalie started her career in Hong Kong working in the freight management industry. After 15 years in Hong Kong across several roles, she moved to India and worked as an HR executive. A seasoned people person, she now heads HR activities in the Philippines. Rosalie holds a BSEE degree in Education from the University of San Agustin, Iloilo, Philippines.

Eliset Madriz Romero serves as HR Director for IE's Costa Rica operations.

Mahendran Moorthy is the Head of IT Operations at Information Evolution, bringing over 15 years of experience in IT and IT-enabled services. He oversees IT operations and delivery, driving operational excellence and supporting the successful delivery of client solutions. Mahendran holds a diploma in Electronics, a degree in Business Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Pravinkumar serves as Vice President & Head Solution Engineering at Information Evolution, Inc. and has over 15 years of experience in enterprise solution engineering, AI-driven transformation, and technology consulting. He leads strategic initiatives spanning intelligent automation, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture, helping organizations solve complex business challenges through innovative, scalable solutions. His expertise lies in combining business strategy, AI, and technology to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Gowtham has 9.5+ years of experience in operational excellence, Agile delivery, project execution, and business operations across the IT and KPO industries. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing client engagements, and delivering business-critical initiatives through effective project management and a customer-focused approach.
Experienced in operations management, project delivery, stakeholder management, process improvement, resource planning, and quality management. Prior to joining Information Evolution, held key roles across Project Management, Product Ownership, PMO, and software delivery functions in product- and service-based organizations.

Parthiban Sivaraman is the Director of New Business Onboarding at Information Evolution, bringing over 11 years of experience in research operations, client onboarding, and business process optimization. He leads the evaluation and execution of proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, helping clients assess project feasibility and develop scalable, data-driven solutions. Parthiban works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and leverage automation and AI to enhance research and data management processes. His expertise spans internet research, data operations, process automation, and project delivery, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Rino Kannan leads sales enablement at Information Evolution, bridging delivery expertise and business growth. She builds the knowledge assets, training frameworks, and CRM-driven content that equip sales and leadership teams to win and grow client relationships.
Rino joined Information Evolution in 2015 in a frontline client-facing role, progressing through quality assurance and training before leading the training function and stepping into her current role in sales enablement — giving her a ground-up understanding of the business, from service delivery to strategic growth. Before Information Evolution, Rino spent 5 years as a Process Trainer with Serco Global Services in Chennai, building a foundation in training design and quality standards.
